Leaving Texas

Description

Catherine Blair's Leaving Texas returns again and again to the question held inside a poem: Does time stand alone/in place/from place? From Texas to Oklahoma to California and back to Texas again, each poem stops time and allows the reader to see the slant of sky, know the blue of the vest or sift through gathered pecans"--P.
