Description

U.S. Marine captain Shane Schofield, call-sign Scarecrow, finds himself pursued by a notorious bounty hunter after a cabal of the world's richest humans identifies him as one of fifteen people with reflexes fast enough to defuse the nuclear weapons they plan to unleash on the world.
