Sleuths Joe and Dottie Loudermilk--he a retired policeman, she a retired schoolteacher--have to take their beloved Airstream trailer to Washington, D.C. to clear their son's name in this amusing mystery. The son's roommate has been killed and police say he did it. A probe enlivened by mutual incomprehension between a leftist son and rightist parents.
