The town of Rifle Rock was on the verge of exploding into a range war. Chet Minor had tried to clean it up once, but was crippled for life for his efforts. However, now an even worse crisis was brewing and once again Chet was in the middle of it. How could a crippled cowboy help in such a troubled situation?
