Uganda elite study, 1964-1968

Description

This study was based upon data obtained from Marco's Who's Who in East Africa for 1964, 1966, and 1968, and contained information on the ethnic background, place of birth, education, and religious affiliation of Uganda elite. The criteria used to define the elites for this study included: 1) that the individual be mentioned in the Uganda section of the Who's Who, 2) that the individual be of African or Arab descent, and 3) that the Africans born outside of Uganda lived in Uganda for at least five years.
