Annual housing survey, 1979 [United States]

Description

This collection contains data focusing on characteristics of the housing inventory such as year structure was built, type and number of living quarters, occupancy status, property value, housing quality, housing expenses, heating equipment, sales value, and neighborhood conditions. Statistics also include income sources, physical disabilities of occupants, and travel to work data. Information on age, sex, race, marital status, income, and relationship to householder are recorded for all household members. Additional data on schooling, Spanish origin, length of residence, and tenure were collected for householders. This collection consists of fifteen files, one for each SMSA.
