The book has been produced on the occasion of installation London-based artist Marc Camille Chaimowicz?s (born 1947) 2017 exhibition at Kestner Gesellschaft in Hanover. His new work, which lends the exhibition and the book their title, is a kind of ?surrogate apartment,? scale 1:1, with provisional walls and skirting boards that demarcate the floor plan.
