Description

When his teenage daughter becomes the victim of a brutal attack by a man with a long history of sexual crimes who had been allowed back on the streets, attorney Jack Ruskin decides to take justice into his own hands. FBI agent Amanda Lee is assigned to the case some people don't want to see solved.
