Description

Detective Vance Graegan retires from the police force in the wake of the D.C. sniper case and moves his family across the country to California where he and his wife plan to open a deli, but things start to go wrong when the movers refuse to unload their belongings if they do not pay thousands of dollars more, and as the problems mount it becomes clear Vance is being pursued by evil from the past.
