Description

A first collection of poetry. A mixture of surrealism and political and social satire. The title comes from a line in the opening poem 'Supermarket Odyssey'. The book includes, among other poems, 'The Ballad of the Stewed Chewed Human', 'Roots', 'The Place where Suitcases Happen to Explode', 'Subway' and 'Epidemic'.
