An attempt to show that the anonymous commentary upon Saint John's poem, Cántico Espiritual, known as the Cantique de Jaen, is based upon those of Saint John himself and of Agustin Antolinez, and that its author was Thom as de Jesus. With the manuscript text of Antolinez' commentary, reproduced in facsimile.
