Immedialtely after Hurricane Katrina blew through New Orleans, the staff, patients, and family members at Tulane University Hospital and Clinic assumed they had come through the storm fine. But on Monday night, August 29, 2005, the city of New Orleans flooded, and by the next morning the complex was surrounded by water.
