Description

The central figure of this work actually existed. FranƧois-Xavier Aubry was an eminent jurist, a professor at the Sorbonne, a decentralization specialist, and author of numerous books and articles. But he suffered from manic-depression which finally overcame him. His daughter, Gwenaƫlle, draws a portrait of him from twenty-six angles, using the letters of the alphabet, to illustrate the fragmented world of her father, who himself took notes on the evolution of his own illness.
