August the fourth

Description

On August the fourth 1914, the day that England declares war on Germany, four children in the sleepy village of Wiltshire go on a picnic and do something worse than they have ever done before. But their parents do not react as they expected, as the threat of war hangs over that hot summer day and everything has changed.
