Report of the Committee on public lands, who were instructed by a resolution of the House, of the twenty-sixth ultimo, "to inquire into the expediency of repealing all such parts of the several acts, providing for the sale of the lands of the United States, as authorize a credit on part of the purchase money of said lands."
