Collection of printed illustrations of fish and fishing

Description

Collection consists of two boxes with printed images of fish and fishing collected by Daniel B. Fearing. Box 1 consists of approximately 650 engravings from Baron Georges Cuvier's Histoire naturelle des poissons (Paris : Chez F. G. Levrault, 1828-1849). Box 2 consists of commercially produced prints of varying sizes from multiple unidentified sources and covering multiple unidentified dates.
